Travel has been a lifelong passion of mine. Even as a teenager I knew I wanted to forge a career within the travel industry and ultimately joined the Royal Navy aged just 19. When the opportunity came a few years later to work onboard cruise ships, I jumped at the chance and really found my niche. Throughout my career at sea I was fortunate enough to literally travel the world, visiting far-flung destinations such as Alaska, the Caribbean, South Africa, India, Hawaii, Australia and even Tahiti.

Having spent almost 15 years away from my family, I decided to return to my home town of Lincoln, met my now husband and started the next chapter of my life.

These past 20 years I've continued to embrace my love of travel, and our holidays nowadays vary from the vibrant energy of Thailand and the calm turquoise waters of the Maldives to the beauty of the Greek islands — I've even managed to sneak in a few more cruises as well as countless European city breaks.

Each trip has given me a deeper love for travel and a wealth of knowledge that I now bring to helping others plan their perfect getaway. For me, travel isn't just about where you go — it's about creating memories that last a lifetime.
