If you book with us and then find your holiday available at a lower price on any other UK-based travel website, within 24 hours of your booking being confirmed, we will refund the difference to you.
How it works
Firstly, make sure that the hotel booking you wish to Price Match is being offered on a UK-based competitor's website, and that they are a legitimate ATOL holder.
Every detail of your Bradley Travelstore booking must match the one you've found to be cheaper exactly e.g. party size, dates, duration, flight times, flight numbers, in-flight extras, transfers, hotel, room type, number of rooms, board basis and booking terms and conditions.
The rate which you are asking us to Price Match needs to be in pounds sterling and bookable online. The total cost must include any handling charges, booking fees, credit card fees and such like. It cannot include any money off coupons, corporate discounts, promotional vouchers or offers or bulk-buy discounts. The price has to be available to the general public and Bradley Travelstore must be able to obtain the same price without being a member or part of a loyalty scheme.
If all of the above applies, and you are the lead name on the booking, simply request a Price Match Guarantee form. When you submit your completed form, you will be asked to provide a screenshot of the webpage showing the cheaper price, which includes the URL. You will also need your Bradley Travelstore booking reference number.
Due to the way in which some service providers i.e. airlines and hotels, frequently change their prices, it is essential that your Price Match request is made within 24 hours of receiving your Bradley Travelstore booking confirmation. At this stage, Bradley Travelstore has already paid the original price for those elements of your booking, so that we can guarantee you don't pay any more. We, therefore, can only guarantee a hotel only booking price for 24 hours because prices can go up or down from one day to the next.
Terms and conditions
Only the lead name on the booking can make a price match. All requests must be made using the Price Match Guarantee form within 24 hours of making your original Bradley Travelstore booking. Price Match Guarantee is only available for bookings made online and can only be applied once per booking. A Bradley Travelstore booking cannot be price matched against another hotel only booking from bradleytravelstore.com. We are unable to offer a price match promise for flight only and package holiday bookings. In the event your claim meets our terms but we cannot offer price match we will offer a £50 voucher towards your next hotel booking valid for twelve months, limited to one voucher per calendar year, minimum spend of £750 applies.
