All Luxury Collection benefits are extended to guests booking through Bradley and are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash equivalent.

Benefits are subject to availability at each participating property and may be withdrawn or amended without prior notice. Certain benefits are available only at select properties or destinations, as indicated in each individual offer. Ikos and Sani properties are excluded.

Where a benefit is described as complimentary, it is provided without additional charge on eligible bookings meeting any applicable minimum stay, room category or seasonal requirements.

Benefits marked with a supplement (^) are chargeable and will be quoted in writing before confirmation. Benefits marked "minimum stay applies" ($) require a qualifying consecutive-night stay at the property. Benefits marked "once per stay" (+) are limited to a single redemption regardless of stay length or checkin/checkout activity.

Priority reservation, concierge and meet-and-greet services are offered on a best-efforts basis and are dependent on third-party availability. Bradley acts as agent between the guest and each supplier and cannot be held liable for services delivered by third parties.
