Cyprus holidays for teenagers
Protaras and Ayia Napa are ideal — WaterWorld water park, boat trips to the Blue Lagoon, watersports at Nissi Beach and a promenade they can wander. Ayia Napa's clubbing is strictly 18+, so families usually stay in Protaras and visit Ayia Napa by day.
Best time to visit Cyprus
April to June and September to November are the best months — hot but comfortable, sea still warm well into October. July and August hit the mid-30s. Cyprus's shoulder season is longer than most Med destinations, which makes October a genuine beach month.
Cyprus airport transfers
Larnaca Airport is 40–45 minutes to Ayia Napa and Protaras, and 45 minutes to Limassol. Paphos Airport is 15–25 minutes to Paphos and Coral Bay, or around 1 hour 40 to Protaras. Check which airport your flight uses — it makes a big difference.
