Crete — the biggest island — beaches, mountains, Knossos and the smartest resorts around Elounda and Agios Nikolaos. Rhodes — the sunniest, with a medieval old town and long family beaches at Faliraki and Lindos. Corfu — green, lush and pretty, and the easiest island for a first Greek holiday. Halkidiki — mainland peninsulas with pine forests, calm sea and the IKOS and Sani resorts. Kos & Zante — flat, cycle-friendly Kos and lively, beach-heavy Zante — both strong value. Best all-inclusive hotels in Greece
For all-inclusive we recommend the IKOS Resorts (Olivia, Oceania, Dassia, Aria, Odisia), Sani Resort's all-inclusive plans, Atlantica and Mitsis resorts in Rhodes, Kos and Crete and Grecotel LUX.ME properties. All-inclusive standards vary hugely — ask us and we'll tell you what's genuinely included (drinks brands, à la carte dining, snacks and sports) before you book.

Yes — we regularly book Greece holidays from London Luton as well as London Gatwick, London Stansted and Manchester. Regional departures are often cheaper than London once you factor in parking and transfers to the airport, and we'll always price both for you.
Greece holidays for teenagers
Rhodes (Faliraki), Zante (Laganas end aside) and Crete (Hersonissos, Malia's quieter side) give teens water parks, watersports and walkable resorts. For a smarter trip, IKOS and Sani both have excellent teen clubs, sports academies and enough freedom that older children are happy on their own.
Best time to visit Greece
May, June, September and early October are the best value and the most comfortable. July and August are hot and full. Crete and Rhodes have the longest seasons, from April into early November; Halkidiki and Corfu are shorter.
Greece airport transfers
Transfer times vary by island — typically 20–45 minutes in Crete, Rhodes and Kos, 20–40 minutes in Corfu, and 60–90 minutes from Thessaloniki to Halkidiki. We'll always quote a private transfer option, which is worth it for the longer Halkidiki runs.
Greece holiday prices
As a guide, 7 nights all-inclusive in Crete or Rhodes from around £650–£950 per person with flights, IKOS or Sani from about £1,500–£2,600 per person depending on the resort and date, and 4-star half board in Corfu from £550 per person.
7-night Greece holidays
Seven nights is the standard Greek island week. Two-island trips (for example Santorini plus Crete, or Athens plus an island) work well over 10–14 nights, and we can arrange the ferries or internal flights.
Greece holidays under £2,500
Yes for most islands and hotels — a family of four can do 7 nights all-inclusive in Rhodes, Kos or Corfu for under £2,500 outside August. IKOS and Sani sit above that, but we hold offers that bring them closer than you'd expect.
